How to contact the university
Whilst we fully understand that you would like to support a student and may have concerns about their wellbeing or accommodation arrangements.
Our GDPR regulations do not allow us to discuss specific tenancy or personal details with you. Please encourage the student to contact us directly with their enquiry.
We'll still be able to talk to you about our general processes and other ways you can support them.
Supporting students during their stay
Your child will be in safe hands during their time at our university. We're dedicated to keeping them safe and helping them succeed in their studies.
We offer a whole host of information, resources and wellbeing services that support students. They can access them through the student Blackboard portal.
Students are supported by our residential services team, and most of our halls of residence offer 24-hour security and assistance.
