We'll offer you a room once we have confirmation of your firm acceptance of an unconditional course offer. We make room offers based on our allocation criteria.

Accept your offer within two days
You will have two days to respond to your room offer by either accepting or rejecting the offer via the online portal.
After two days your room offer will expire and the room offered to another student.
A short extension can be requested by emailing accommodation@shu.ac.uk. Please include your name and student ID number in your email.
Once you've accepted your offer, the landlord or management team will be in touch.
They'll contact you to complete your booking and answer any questions you have before you move in.
