Therapeutic Groups

Therapeutic groups are usually run for six consecutive weeks. A wellbeing practitioner needs to book you into these groups to to make sure that the group session is the right fit for you.   No new members join after the first week or two so that the group can develop.  Because the same group of people are together for a few weeks, there is better chance for group members to support and get to know one another.
