Dr Peter Weston is a Postdoctoral Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Associate working on advanced heat recovery system for the food industry. He is based at the National Centre of Excellence for Food Engineering.

I support the Cultural, Communication and Computing Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Institute (C3RI) in maximising the impact of its research in a wide range of projects across Fine Art, Design, Film and Media Production, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Communication, Security and Computing.

As Professor of Film, I have written and directed several award winning films and have a strong a track record in research. I also teach on the MA Filmmaking course.

The Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) is a mandatory energy assessment scheme for large organisations in the UK.

Ï㽶ÊÓƵ is offering this challenging and exciting PhD project in radioactive waste immobilisation and monitoring. This project is fully-funded by the UK's Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and is supported by the National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL). The project is also supported by a consortium of leading UK Universities and nuclear industry partners, through the EPSRC TRANSCEND consortium, and the successful applicant will form part of a strong cohort at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ and also as part of TRANSCEND.

I graduated in 2014 from Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, with a First Class BA(hons) in Graphic Design: Illustration, and clearly can’t get enough of the place.

I am working as a Post-Doctoral Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Associate (PDRA) in the project, GRIFFIN – Hot Gas Raman Identification and Measurement for the Foundation Industries, funded by Innovate UK.
