CRESR was commissioned by Camden Council to undertake a cross-tenure qualitative study of the housing choices, aspirations and behaviours of local residents, and explore drivers and motivations for the behaviours of key housing market informants (including developers and landlords). The project was commissioned in response to the Council’s recent Equalities Taskforce, and contributes to the development of future housing strategy in the Borough.
