About
I am a Senior Lecturer at 香蕉视频, where I lead the BA (Hons) International Business and co-lead our European Partnership Programme鈥攁n international degree developed with I脡SEG School of Management (Lille/Paris - France) and IQS Universitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona - Spain).
My academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of international business, intercultural management, and multilingual education. Fluent in Italian and French, I explore how language, culture and identity shape international business practice and global learning environments. I teach and design modules that equip students with the cultural intelligence and practical skills needed to thrive in diverse, cross-border contexts. These include 鈥淯nderstanding People and Cultures鈥, "International Management Competencies", and business and culture focused modules in both Italian and French. My work bridges education and enterprise, with a focus on transnational collaboration, student mobility, and the development of inclusive, globally relevant curricula. I am particularly interested in how intercultural competence supports leadership, negotiation and teamwork across borders.
I have been recognised for excellence in academic advising and student development, and currently supervise postgraduate research in international business and intercultural communication. In addition to my teaching and course leadership, I contribute to quality assurance, curriculum development, and European academic partnerships.

Modern Languages & Cultures:
My work examines the dynamics of hybridisation and media convergence in the post-media era, focusing on intermediality and self-reflexivity across cinema, comics, literature, painting, and photography. Since 2015, I have contributed to diverse projects, including peer reviews, supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research modules, and engaging in collaborative research both within and beyond the University. I have also delivered guest lectures and presented at conferences in the UK and internationally.
Intercultural & Professional Development & Practice:
I have recently developed a keen interest in intercultural and cross-cultural competency, exploring topics such as managing linguistic diversity in educational settings and the impact of foreign language instruction on students' academic experiences abroad.
