Elizabeth’s current areas of work include:
- managing researcher development programmes through the Ï㽶ÊÓƵer and Innovator Development Academy, Doctoral School and Ï㽶ÊÓƵ and Innovation Services
- delivering initiatives to build communities of doctoral and early career researchers around common themes
- supporting individuals to identify their own development needs and ways to address them
Elizabeth contributes to researcher development strategy and policy at the University through the Ï㽶ÊÓƵer Concordat and staff development groups.
With a research background in Molecular Microbiology, Elizabeth joined Sheffield Hallam in June 2016 and her current role builds on previous experience as a researcher developer at the University of Edinburgh and Newcastle University.
